We are providing remote services needed by small and medium sized businesses that are not big enough to form an IT department, with remote support programs, phone calls, and on-the-spot interventions in customer locations when its necessary. Once the customer reaches our call service and reports the case, we try to solve the problem by guidance over the phone and/or remote connection methods. We can easily say that 90% of the issues can solved without needing onsite support. For the issues that cannot be solved on these levels, field teams will be routed according to availability. First available field team will examine the issue on-site.
We provide on-site and remote support services with maintenance contracts that we make yearly. We also have a prepaid contract model apart from our annual maintenance contract. Our customers who are not contracted are pricing in consideration of the time the service has been running. For our non-contracted customers, pricing is made considering the time the service lasts.
